UNIVERSITY PARK ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING/ INTERVIEWING (OCR)
The OCR program at University Park provides seniors with the opportunity to interview with major corporations, government agencies and a variety of industrial and service organizations. These employers interview graduating seniors from any major and any Penn State campus who are seeking full-time employment.
Is OCR for Me?
On-campus interviewing is not for everyone, nor will it serve every need. It is primarily a pre-select system, where employers select candidates from among the students who request interviews with them. Most positions are for students with technical or business backgrounds. Students with liberal arts or health and human development backgrounds should be advised that the opportunities will be limited.
Most interviews occur at University Park. Interviews are also held at the Altoona, Behrend, Harrisburg, and Berks campuses. Students must be willing to travel to the interview location if they are chosen for an interview.
May I view the OCR system before registering?
Log in as a guest to preview the system.
Is there a fee to participate in the On-Campus Recruitment program?
There is a fee of $15 that will be posted to your account through the Bursar’s office.
How do I register for OCR?
Add On-Campus Recruiting to an existing Account for $15.00.
